The Holy Spirit teaches us to surrender our mouths, seek the wisdom of God, and speak words that align with His will, His Word, and His purposes.
Our words help steer the direction of our lives. When our speech is governed by fear, anger, assumption, or human foolishness, it can move us away from God’s design. But when our words arise from the Spirit and agree with the wisdom of God, they can become an expression of Christ’s life and help produce the works God desires to reveal through us.
