I met Kevin and Kelsie Ahrens at Loren Peterson's Hyperion Ranch. We were there with others to dispatch and process two of Loren's silvopasture pigs. This was an educational and bonding weekend for all who were there, especially for me because I had the opportunity to chat with Kevin and Kelsie.
Each of us is at different stages of where we may want to physically homestead, but like many of our listeners, Kevin and Kelsie have definitely embraced the homesteading mindset and lifestyle.
