Jesus’s ministry was full of the miraculous, one example in particular was the raising of his friend, Lazarus. When it comes to the miraculous we often find, as in Lazarus’s story, God operates in his own timing, and with specific purpose. Ultimately, while miracles benefit the recipient, they are for the sake of building man’s belief and bringing glory to God.
