Hello dear friend, Welcome to the 4th anniversary episode of a God night's sleep. Four years ago, this began as a simple seed of faith. I wasn’t sure where God would take it or how it would grow, but I knew I was called to scatter what He placed in my heart. Today, looking back, I see what was once so small has grown into a community, a garden of souls seeking Christ together.
Seeds are a picture of the Kingdom of God. They are tiny, ordinary, even overlooked. Yet inside every seed is the potential for life, transformation, and multiplication. Jesus taught us in Mark 4 that the Kingdom is like a man scattering seed. He doesn’t control the growth; he simply sows, and God brings the harvest.
In the same way, your life and mine are seeds in God’s hands. Sometimes we feel small, hidden, or insignificant—but God is planting, cultivating, and preparing us for a season of growth and bloom.
As we celebrate this anniversary, may today’s reflection remind you: every act of faith, every prayer, every word of kindness is a seed. And in God’s time, He will make it grow into something beautiful, abundant, and eternal.
Guided Meditation
Find a comfortable position and close your eyes. Begin with a deep, slow breath in through your nose… hold for a moment… and gently release through your mouth. Again, inhale deeply—peace filling your lungs… exhale slowly—every worry melting away. Once more like that, deep inhale in, hold, and let it all out. Continue this rhythm as you enter into stillness. Notice the rise and fall of your belly as you inhale fully and exhale completely.
Now imagine yourself as a tiny seed in the palm of God’s hand. You are small, fragile, but filled with His design and His purpose. Feel His gentle hand place you carefully into the rich, dark soil.
At first, everything feels quiet. Hidden. Perhaps even uncomfortable. But you are not forgotten. In the unseen places, life begins to stir. God is working, even when you cannot see it.
Take another deep breath. Feel roots pushing downward, finding strength. Feel a small shoot pressing upward, reaching for the light. Slowly, steadily, you grow. Not because of your effort—but because God Himself is cultivating you. His rain of mercy refreshes you. His sun of love warms you. His Spirit nourishes you.
Day by day, you stretch higher. Imagine breaking through the soil into the light of His presence. Fresh air fills you, and you begin to grow tall, strong, and vibrant.
Now see yourself as a flower in full bloom—beautiful, radiant, alive with color. This is who you are in Christ. You were planted with purpose, nurtured by His care, and now you shine His glory for the world to see.
And like every flower, you carry within you more seeds—seeds of love, faith, kindness, and the Word of God—that will scatter into the lives of those around you. Trust that God will take those seeds, plant them in others, and bring forth a harvest beyond what you can imagine.
Take one final deep breath in, and as you exhale, whisper:
“Lord, I am planted in You. May my life bloom and scatter seeds for Your glory.”

My prayer is that today, the seed of God’s Word has been planted in your heart. And may you also scatter seeds into the lives of everyone around you, trusting that He will bring the harvest.

Lord, as we celebrate four years of this ministry, we return all glory to You. Thank You for every listener, every seed sown, every heart You have touched.
Your faithfulness has carried us, Your love has sustained us, and Your Word has continually given us light.
Today, I speak a blessing over every heart listening: May the Lord bless you and keep you. May His face shine upon you and be gracious to you. May His Spirit fill you with peace, strength, and joy. May He open doors of favor and pour out blessings in your family, your work, and your walk of faith.
As you go forward, may you walk in obedience, in courage, and in love. May you be reminded daily that you are a beloved child of God, chosen and blessed beyond measure.
