The Animal Liberation Hour
The Animal Liberation Hour seeks insight from animal rights and liberation activists around the world so that we can think, reflect, learn, and be inspired.
The Animal Liberation Hour
Episode 22 - Joseph Buddenberg
Joseph Buddenberg is an animal activist who was imprisoned for property destruction against the fur industry and for liberating around 6,000 minks from fur farms. After being charged with Conspiracy to Violate the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act and facing up to ten years of prison, Joseph took a non-cooperating plea deal and served a sentence of two years. Host Trey Morrow speaks with Joseph about what it's like to liberate animals, being labeled a terrorist by the government, experiencing prison as a vegan, and much more.
