Loneliness in Lockdown & Languishing
Bit of a mouthful this episode! In this week's upload we discuss our different home life environments during lockdown and how we've managed. There us also a bit of ENFP chat and things we've been trying to get us back out there now lockdown has pretty much lifted.
Anxieties for sure have surfaced, despite Dani especially wanting to get back to adventuring and we touch on ways we can approach re-joining the world post lockdown.
