Commissioner Chris Bettencourt and his co-host Chace Jabotte attempt a comical review of the past week, conduct interviews of the Tavern's many managers, give you their upcoming Match-ups of the Week, and take phone calls. In the off-season, the show goes off the rails and gives you a look into the twisted minds of the characters in this league.

Not going to lie, this is an offseason episode disguised as a regular season episode. We are joined live in studio by fellow podcaster, Mike Proud. After learning a little about Mike, we tackle the very tough subject of mental health, particularly depression. Eventually things get lighter when Chace mentions he wanted to bang a cartoon character. At some point there is fantasy football talk, but not much.
