- Say yes to yourself.
- Stop caring what people think.
- Put yourself first.
- Try something new
- Listen to the whispers.
- Kill your inner critic once and for all.
- Remember who you are/come back to you.
- Know nobody has it all figured out.
- Have fun!
- Get help if you need it.
