This episode of Fanachu! focused on the issue of militarized gentrification in Guam or how the US military presence negatively effects the cost of living on Guam in part because of the overseas housing allowance, which can dramatically increase local rent prices. Guests for this episode were Machålek Sindålu from Para Todus Hit and Yale Law Student Kyra Blas, who had recently finished a research paper on the topic.
