This episode focuses on how we can holistically inform our bodies to heal with the information about the food we consume. We talk about the importance of diversity from an economic and environmental aspect and what it could mean to have everything or nothing. Finally, we talked to two experts in their field, Jessica Nangauta at Triton Farms and Chris Rosario with the Beekeepers Association. We learn about locally sourced food and the ingenuity and resourcefulness of beekeeping.
