The Clock
Unless you’ve had a baby or got married, women in their 30s are often forgotten - or at least, rarely celebrated. The Clock aims to find common ground between women and connect us through honest, relatable conversations. Journalist Charlotte Mortlock chats to women who have taken their lives in all sorts of bold directions in a bid to remind us that while your 30s are nuanced, exciting, humbling and fulfilling, it’s certainly not one size fits all.

Episode 1
After watching most of her friends meet their partners and settle down in their 30s, Sophie Bailey began to panic. Despite always wanting the traditional life of having a partner, children and the white picket fence home, Sophie wasn't as close to that dream as she thought she would be at this stage in her life. After suffering from poor mental health Sophie looked at her options pragmatically and decided to look into sperm donors. Sophie's son is now three years old and she's never been happier.
The Clock is founded and hosted by journalist Charlotte Mortlock.
