Jessie Stephens and I met around five years ago when I slid into her DMs. Since then she has gone on to publish a critically acclaimed first book, Heartsick, which encapsulates the rawness and pain of heartbreak. Jessie speaks candidly about how sometimes there can be a lack of sparkle in the creative process, and that doesn't necessarily mean it's a bad idea.
