Artist Spotlight: Marcia Streithorst
After graduating from college with a bachelor degree in fine art Marcia worked on the corporate side of the art world until she moved to North Carolina. Thanks to the move Marcia was given the chance to be an artist full time and since then she has never looked back. Marcia is deeply involved in the art community in Raleigh. She is a member of the NCMMAG, VAE and helps out with the Wake Forest Arts as well. Marcia's work has been featured in galleries in Virginia, Ohio and across North Carolina. She loves teaching and helping people learn about encaustic art.
