Hey Cool Moms!
Confession- we're a bit behind on getting our episodes out. Summer has come with a crazy full force swing and trips, vacations, full time momming it has really thrown us through a loop. We're doing the best we can to get you the episodes on our schedule but we dropped the ball the last two weeks. So this episode might sound a little "old" because we recorded it three weeks ago. I KNOW! Moving forward we have all the episodes recorded to keep getting them to you every Wednesday and Friday! PLUS- we'll be recording mini episodes to provide updates on whatever hot topic is going on and encouragement through out the week so you can stay up-to-date in real(ish) time. That's right- politics, trends, current events... you name it and we'll pick and choose what we think is priority to cover. Alongside these mini "keeping up the cools moms" episodes we'll also be releasing mini encouragement episodes helping you feel grounded and reminded in who we get our help, refuge, and identity from (psst-GOD :)) as well as some "momming it" tips, tricks, and support.
We LOVE you ladies and are SO happy y'all are apart of our cool moms club!

This weeks episode is a long one- its 2 in 1 because we had so much to cover and talk about we decided it's easier to just keep it one long episode instead of splitting it into two regular episodes.
So here it is- we finally wrap up Target with some facts, scary YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS information about human trafficking in the US RIGHT NOW, some super real moments of fear and ultimately bringing in the truth and encouragement from the source of all truth and encouragement- the Bible.

With so much constantly changing it's hard to keep up. So our motto- "how to stay current when the current's constantly changing" is not just about staying hip and cool (thats a plus!). It's about learning to navigate these waters of life arm in arm with other mamas sharing the kingdom mindset + mom desires as you- raising kind, good, loving humans while trying to stay sane and extending grace (lots of it!) when needed.
Most importantly- we always keep it real... from facedown moments to challenging one another with truth + scripture when it's the unpopular opinion (*cough* going against societal norms, *cough* Hi, I'm a conspiracy theorists, *cough* don't trust the lies you're being told), to little (and big) wins...
