These are the parents of those born after 2001 and referred to as Generation Z. Some refer to Generation Z as the first post-Christian generation, a generation that is clearly more irreligious than previous generations. It is reported that Generation Z has the least positive outlook and the highest prevalence of mental illness of any generation.
