Speaker 1 (00:03):

Hi, this is Amy, uh, with my podcast Taylor within, and today I have Casey, uh, one of my hypnosis clients in workshop participants, uh, as a guest today. Welcome Casey.

Speaker 2 (00:17):

Thank you, Amy.

Speaker 1 (00:18):

Oh, thank you so much for joining us. I'm just gonna jump right in here. We we're gonna, I'm gonna ask Casey a few questions about her experiences with one-to-one Sessions. She's also gonna share a little information about what she got out of some of the workshops, and then we're gonna launch into some astrology. Um, I'd like Casey to share her experience with some training she's participating in now. So, uh, anyway, Casey, we'll start off today, um, just sharing a little bit more about what inspired you to reach out to me.

Speaker 2 (01:00):

Well, I, I think I was inspired to reach out to you. It was almost two years ago. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>, uh, I had reached out to a therapist probably about six months before I had contacted you. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. And that was helping me, but I felt like I needed more than just talk therapy to be able to, uh, process and learn more about myself. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>.

Speaker 1 (01:29):

Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. Absolutely. Can you share with our viewers and, um, listeners more about how you found me?

Speaker 2 (01:42):

Yep. So I just put into a Google search. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative> Hypnosis near me. And you were probably the second or third name that I clicked on. Uhhuh <affirmative>. And I found your website and I was super intrigued by all the stories that you have on your website. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. And I just kind of knew immediately that this was where I wanted to go. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. And once we had our consultation, um, I felt prepared just to jump in.

Speaker 1 (02:14):

That's great. That's great. Casey, can you share highlights of your experience in, I just call it the one-to-one self-healing modality, because I layer in quite a few tools even outside of hypnotherapy. Um, can you speak just openly about your experiences, things that you, maybe moments of clarity that you had or any experiences you had personally with the tools that I used?

Speaker 2 (02:45):

Yeah. So I think one of the most important tools that you've kind of taught me, um, is how to do self hypnosis. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. And so one of, one of the nice things about doing hypnosis is the ability to make your body completely relax. And so that was one of something I experienced almost in every session that we did. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative> was letting my body relax completely Mm-Hmm. <affirmative> and feeling how good that feels. And then also being able to learn how to do that for myself. And of course, it's always better when I do it with you, but being able to tap into that whenever I need it, um, is huge. Mm-Hmm.

Speaker 1 (03:31):

<affirmative> amazing. Casey, how did this help you in your personal life or professional life? Because you're kind of a stressful job.

Speaker 2 (03:41):

<laugh>, uhhuh, <affirmative>. So when I, when I came to you, I felt really stuck and I didn't know I, I was still learning how to process stress. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. And you, you really taught me that everyone has a choice. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. And it, it really became clear that like, I have the power in my life to make changes that would, um, help me. Yeah. And the, the other aspect to that is, um, having the choice to learn from everything. Mm.

Speaker 1 (04:22):

Complete lessons in teaching.

Speaker 2 (04:24):

Yes. Yes.

Speaker 1 (04:25):

Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. So in terms of lessons in teachings, uh, if, if you'll allow me to get a little bit more personal, what were some of the lessons in teachings that came from our work together?

Speaker 2 (04:42):

Uh, one of the big ones, um, is turning up the volume on joy.

Speaker 1 (04:47):

Ah, yes. Uhhuh

Speaker 2 (04:49):

<laugh>. And so that was one of the initial concepts I think that came out of probably our first session together was when, when I get stressed or anxious, I tend, I, at least at that time, I would tend to focus on whatever that was and trying to control. Mm. And what I loved about working with you was like, yes, those things that cause us stress in our lives are there to teach us things. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. But we can turn the volume down. Ah. So it's not as stressful. And we get to focus on the things that make us happy and bring us joy.

Speaker 1 (05:30):

Yeah. Well, you just described so much of the reason, uh, professionals come and, you know, and, and business people come to see me because, um, most of them know have two years. Right. Um, they're just, you know, in, in very intense work mode. And then when they get home, they, they crash. Right. They're absolutely exhausted. But to find the work life balance and to find other gears or other speeds that it doesn't have to be all work and all exhaustion, that there's something in between that to be had. Um, so thank you for, for sharing with our audience more about the benefits of the work. The other thing I think our audience might be interested in knowing is how this sharpened your intuition.

Speaker 2 (06:33):

Yes. So one of the things, um, I've kind of learned from doing your workshops Mm-Hmm. <affirmative> and meeting your other clients, is that everyone likes to talk about how, how much better they sleep after they have hypnosis. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (06:49):

And for me, that's kind of true. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>, um, after our initial sessions, like every night after our session, I would come home. I, I would go into deep sleep. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. Um, but usually I would wake up early Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. And I would have all these ideas in my mind of, of things that I could change in my life. And Oh, it, yeah. It was, um, I eye opening, um, just that I have all this creative, um, I don't, ideas flowing through me Mm-Hmm. <affirmative> and that, um, I have choices. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. And that was really helpful. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>, um, I don't know, try just starting to open up the, the channels to

Speaker 1 (07:42):

Sure, sure. Can you, not to put you on the spot here, but can you think of any examples, either personally or professionally where, um, you were able to take these moments of clarity or these, um, surges of creativity and plug it in either to your lifestyle or your work environment? Any examples?

Speaker 2 (08:13):

Um, the, I, it's hard to answer right now because it was so long ago.

Speaker 1 (08:18):

Sure, sure.

Speaker 2 (08:20):

Um,

Speaker 1 (08:20):

I, I have some recollection of a quieter introvert Right. Coming into, into my space. And then over time, taking more chances, taking more risks, putting yourself out there. Could you speak to that workshops? Courses?

Speaker 2 (08:44):

Yeah. Yeah. So, yeah. So I think, um, working with you has made me more open to, uh, trying new things. Mm-Hmm.

Speaker 1 (08:54):

<affirmative> Yeah. Creative workshops in, in the community, taking classes online. Um, it, well, and I know Casey, you attended some, and I know I'm jumping around here, but I, whatever's coming through, I'm, I'm just gonna throw out there, I know that you attended the self-healing workshops that Kirsten and I do do. So we had a yoga portion, and then we had the, the hypnosis or the meditation portion did, and I know that was a while ago. Um, your experience in that space, did that help adding yoga to the self-healing work that we've done, um, how did that change things for you, if it did at all?

Speaker 2 (09:45):

I mean, I think it, it made me more open to trying things. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative> and I mean, we can get into this, um, with the other workshop that we I participated in. Yeah. Um, but I don't, I don't do things by myself.

Speaker 1 (10:00):

Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>,

Speaker 2 (10:01):

I have, I've always had, um, a friend or a partner or my parents, and I've always tended to do things in groups. Yeah. And so I've never, I've never really had the chance to do a bunch of things on my own for myself. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. And so I think, um, just going to that yoga class, um, and hypnosis workshop was, um, an important first step. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. And it was nice to be able to meet other people, um, from your community.

Speaker 1 (10:33):

Yeah. A amazing, amazing. You also attended some workshops, that small group workshops that I do here in my home. And we, um, we used a couple different tools to unblock creativity and, um, to open up the spiritual pathways to connect with higher realms. Um, can you share? And, and we also used, um, uh, concept or a, a practice found in the book the Artist's Way, um, where I had each member over the course of several weeks do what's called morning papers. And that's just getting up every morning and stream of consciousness, just writing two or three pages in a journal of whatever is is on your mind. Can you share a little bit more about your experience doing some of those exercises? What you got out of it?

Speaker 2 (11:39):

Yeah. So I, I do wanna thank you for hosting that workshop Mm-Hmm. And just tell you how much gratitude I have for you. Thank you. Uh, because I feel like that particular workshop really changed my life and the way that I relate, um, uh, to the world. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>, because I guess through morning pages, I was, um, writing, writing down stream of consciousness and writing down everything in my head and getting it on paper. Yeah. And you don't, you don't even have to look at it. And that's, that's kind of the best part is just putting it down and walking away from it. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. Um, and over time I was able to better recognize the emotions behind what I was feeling because I was doing the morning pages. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. And then also be able to ask questions and be able to answer them.

Speaker 1 (12:38):

Oh, amazing. Right. So, so we're really priming the pump for the intuitive mind to take the helm and solve some of the conundrums that come up. You started to, many of the participants recognize like patterns in what they were writing about. And one of the other clients, and I remember just belly laughing when he said, boy, you know, I got so tired of listening to myself complain <laugh> about the same things that I just started solving 'em. Um, or I started noticing patterns. And so it's really a form of self-healing and self-empowerment.

Speaker 2 (13:24):

Exactly. Yeah. Yeah. And the, I guess the other changes that I noticed in my life because of that were, I mean, even after the workshop ended, I still kept doing them. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. Um, and the, the biggest changes were I started having, or remembering that I was dreaming

Speaker 1 (13:43):

Ah-Huh.

Speaker 2 (13:44):

And my dreams were really vivid, and it really kind of caught my attention. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. And, um, I, I just started cleaning up my life and throwing things out and getting organized. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. And I mean, the, the funny part is like, I didn't even read the entire book during the workshop. Right. Um, and, and so I went back and started reading the book and it said, and it says in there, like, as you continue your practice, you might notice that you're clearing old patterns. And wow. Dreams is one of the things that she mentions in her book.

Speaker 1 (14:22):

Isn't that incredible? And I know, you know, Dolores Cannon, um, who, you know, has left us some years back, arguably one of the most famous hypnotists of all times, talked about, um, dreams and the fact that she believed we traveled to the Astro planes. Um, and I think was it, um, the, the way I remember, remember her describing it, and again, I'm taking some creative liberties here, reminds me about, um, fishing and throwing out a fishing line. And attached to the fishing line is the soul or the spirit side of us who gets to, um, again, maybe, um, travel intergalactically <laugh> or to other planes to experience some pretty incredible things. And so, Casey, you and I, I am just gonna push us forward a little bit in the timeline. Casey ended up circling back around and we started to do some pretty amazing dream interpretation work, um, that was so enjoyable for me, <laugh> and Casey, I'd love for you to share what came out of those, uh, dream interpretation sessions because they were pretty intense and some amazing things came through in terms of spiritual wisdom and clarity about your soul. So can you share more?

Speaker 2 (16:04):

Yeah. So we would meet, uh, every other week and just discuss the dreams that I had been having recently. And we, we would always start with like, what's going on in my life? Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. And we would, we would start there. And over time, uh, what was pretty amazing was we were able to connect what was going on in my life to my dreams.

Speaker 1 (16:30):

Yeah.

Speaker 2 (16:30):

And be able to link the, some, some dreams to each other. Mm-Hmm. Because they were patterns or themes that kept reoccurring Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. And so it was interesting to be able to look at the dreams over a long period of time. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative> and see how they were evolving, how they reflected my life. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>, um, how they were trying to help me answer questions. Mm-Hmm. Um, and it, I think it just really helped me kind of figure out more like the answer to the question, who am I?

Speaker 1 (17:06):

Yeah, absolutely. So, and, and just to share with with listeners, um, Casey did an exquisite job of recording her dreams in a journal and e you know, each time she came, she would read me those dreams. I would close my eyes and, and go literally visually go into her dreams. An interesting layer, and it wasn't even planned, it was very spontaneous, is being able to channel our collective guides. And when I was stumped at the dream interpretation and bring through from spirit's perspective messages or themes or ideas, and I know, I mean, your, your dreams were pretty creative and there was a lot of, um, testing authority thinking outside the box. There was a lot of, um, you being out in nature, you know, we might start out in a very conventional setting. And I remember one dream in particular, you at a, some sort of work event, um, going down an elevator and being op, it opens up to the floor, which is a jungle <laugh>

Speaker 2 (18:28):

Yep. Ended

Speaker 1 (18:29):

Up outside playing. Um, and so, and also I remember, let's talk about grandma, um, 'cause she's a very special soul in your life and grandma shows up a lot in your dreams. Um, what do you make of that? 'cause it was pretty special and pretty interesting that bond the two of you have. And it, and it showed up in your dreams multiple times.

Speaker 2 (18:58):

Yeah. And, uh, my, my grandma's all also a hypnotherapist. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. And so that's also one of the reasons, um, I was open to it, Uhhuh <affirmative> and, uh, yeah, she, so she did show up in a lot of my dreams. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. And I think it, um, helps me kind of see that connection that I have with her. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (19:23):

Completely. We call it soul tribe. And she was always involved in your adventures. Yeah. And sometimes she, she was leading that, that adventure, whether you're going to check out a house or going on a drive or a trip or having lunch at the mall. There, there was grandma. So, um, what an amazing experience. Also, too, um, Casey, can you talk a little bit about like, the presence of, of guides in your life or any of the, the Claire's, Clair audience, clairvoyance, any of those types of, I just call 'em gifts of the spirit, spirit or mediumship gifts. Um, can you speak to any of those gifts or abilities becoming more pronounced or more refined in our work together?

Speaker 2 (20:21):

Um,

Speaker 1 (20:29):

You had some experiences traveling. Um, one of the, can I, can

Speaker 2 (20:36):

I share one? Oh yes. One. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (20:37):

Mm-Hmm. Yeah. One, one of the other, um, participants in our workshop nicknamed Casey the Wizard. <laugh> <laugh>. And I mean, it's, it's a fancy way of suggesting that you are quite the manifesting master and you've had a couple things happen in your life. They might seem small, but when you kind of, you know, stack them up Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>, um, it, it perhaps hints at some evidence that maybe there is, um, help you're receiving from the etheric realm.

Speaker 2 (21:21):

Yeah. Yeah. So there, there have been, um, a few recently, I think mm-Hmm. <affirmative>, the, the one, um, that most comes to mind is a time that I was flying Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. And I was at the airport and I checked my boarding pass to see where my seat on the plane was. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. And when I looked at it, it didn't feel right. It felt like I was supposed to be sitting on the opposite side of the plane. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative> and halfway through boarding. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>, uh, they called my name up to the podium and they asked if I would switch seats and that would put me 10 rows closer to the front of the plane on the opposite side. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative> of where I was supposed to be sitting. Yeah. And, and so I said, yes, of course. And they threw in some bonus miles, uh, for making the switch and being accommodating

Speaker 1 (22:16):

<laugh>. That's, that's amazing. That's amazing. Well, I'm also thinking of, um, some experiences that you shared, um, about work and, you know, the, the former self or the shadow self having feeling anxious or maybe, um, going to that place of panic as work is piling up. But you shared with me if, and, and again, this is going back a while, so, but you shared with me a system that you created, um, with emails and with work that made things a little bit more palatable or manageable when you're actually, you know, at work. Can you share a little bit about that? Because I think that's very interesting for many other professional women in kind of high octane professions, how this work can create more emotional calmness amidst some of the storms.

Speaker 2 (23:29):

Yeah. So I, I guess one of the things that I've been learning to do is just, uh, focus on the present moment and the task at hand. Yeah. And I find that when I'm trying to go fast mm-Hmm. <affirmative> try to do multiple things at the same time, that just leads to more anxiety and feeling rushed. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. And so if I'm able to block off my calendar and only check emails during a certain time Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>, um, it's a much smoother day if I can kind of give myself a, a slower pace that's more focused in the present moment.

Speaker 1 (24:10):

Yeah. It's amazing. Would you say that meditation and self-hypnosis helped you create that new formula or new way of doing things?

Speaker 2 (24:21):

Yeah, because I, before, before I started meditating and, um, doing self-hypnosis, I would just get sucked in Mm-Hmm. <affirmative> and I wouldn't have that awareness Mm-Hmm. <affirmative> to be able to know that that's what was happening.

Speaker 1 (24:35):

Completely. So beautiful. I love it. Um, now Casey, I would love to launch in, uh, if we can, to this new training or coursework that you're taking online. Um, so if you'd share with, with those who are listening and watching more about, um, what's brewing now with you.

Speaker 2 (25:05):

Yeah. So I'm taking an astrology course. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative> and people can look it up. It's Deborah Silverman astrology. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. And essentially what it is, is the first, the first half is just learning the astrology about you. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. And so all you're doing is focusing on you and what your, your chart looked like at the time of your birth. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. And what's been really fascinating for me to learn about, um, is everything that we learned from doing all the dream interpretation Mm-Hmm. <affirmative> is showing up in my chart in astrology. Wow. Like what? And so what Yeah. And yeah. And, and really what that's telling me is that any healing modality that you pick will be the right one for you, and you're gonna find the answers.

Speaker 1 (25:55):

Oh, beautiful. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. So what show, I'm curious, because you and I haven't met since you started this course. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>, um, what specifically has showed up, um, in that work that parallels some of the discoveries you made here?

Speaker 2 (26:17):

Yeah. Um, one, one is definitely, um, who I'm becoming Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>, uh, I'm a leader. I'm a healer. Those things show up in my chart. Yeah. And specifically I am here to share my light with the world. Mm-Hmm. And that, that's something that's kind of showed up in our dream interpretations. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>, uh, one of the big, big themes of my life, um, is learning my emotions and my intuition.

Speaker 1 (26:51):

Mm. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (26:54):

And I get to turn up the, the dial on joy. Mm. And the, I guess the, the most basic level astrology kind of boils down to the four elements. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>, water, air, earth, and fire. Yeah. Water is your emotional body and your feelings, your intuition. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>, um, air is your kind of, your mind, your curiosity, your intellect. Mm-Hmm.

Speaker 1 (27:21):

<affirmative>

Speaker 2 (27:22):

Earth is being practical and grounded, uh, being of service, being goal oriented. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. And, and fire is more enthusiastic, inspirational, um, having fun. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative> being dramatic. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. And, and so what I've found is I have a lot of water. And so that's what my life is about, about learning boundaries, um, learning my feelings, my intuition. And one thing that my chart lacks is fire. Ah. And so uhhuh fire, a fire is I need to have more fun. Yeah. I need to, to let myself be loud and, uh, laugh and, um, do bring that into balance with the water and all, and all the elements.

Speaker 1 (28:14):

Oh my goodness. Well, it's so interesting, Casey, because soon as you said fire, I started getting visions of snip like snippets of your dreams, <laugh>, uh, I, I remember there's one involving costumes and some Disney kind of theme. Um, I, I remember you in a lot of your dreams, jumping in a car with a group of people you didn't know or didn't know well or getting on a train. Um, I remember, um, one about you being on a bus and you were making these outlandish clothes. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. And we, I was just, I was giggling because, um, and there's always a time in these dreams where you're interfacing with an authority figure that's trying to kind of dampen your flame or you're fire your enthusiasm, and so you end up having to find a workaround or having to hide or, Mm-Hmm. <affirmative> having to protect somebody else. And I think that's absolutely fascinating.

Speaker 1 (29:28):

And, and your dreams were in incredibly funny, incredibly creative and artistic and such, the antithesis of the humanoid side of you that tends to be more, um, introverted and quiet, but the soul side of you is a complete adventurer. Right? Right. So perhaps right in, in the future, um, that creativity that fire will manifest in oh, so many ways, change of location, um, you know, uh, creative twist you take on your career path, um, some hobbies too. Um, so what, what a beautiful journey, Casey, I'm gonna ask a a tougher question, but I think it's a, it's a great kind of wrap up question. And that's, you know, when you think of Casey, the version of Casey that existed before you started this journey of self-healing and self-discovery, and now, right. About two years later, um, describe the bo the before and after, if you would,

Speaker 2 (30:52):

Before I was, uh, I was stuck. I was really stuck and I, I didn't necessarily have very much fun in my life, and, um, I, I wanted to make it better and I didn't know how.

Speaker 1 (31:12):

Yeah.

Speaker 2 (31:13):

Uhhuh, <affirmative> and I, I was OI was overwhelmed.

Speaker 1 (31:18):

Yep. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative> a lot of heaviness. Can you see this plays into childhood or the past in any way, feeling restricted, feeling stuck, feeling like kind of overloaded with all this serious stuff? Does that play into a little bit of your persona as a child?

Speaker 2 (31:41):

I think so. And, and really it's, um, in my childhood, I got kind of stuck in this thinking that, um, I had to get external validation Hmm. I had to achieve in order to feel successful. Wow. And two years ago, I was kind of at the breaking point of realizing that all this external achievement isn't doing anything for me.

Speaker 1 (32:10):

Yeah. Doing very little for your soul and definitely Right. Can create, can activate the primitive mind and keep us in fight or flight, which is, I think where a lot of career women are at for long periods of time, fight or flight. And not even knowing it, not even knowing there's another speed or another gear, um, that it's okay to sprinkle in some joy and adventure. Um, it's okay to, I mean, you are definitely a lifelong learner. Right. And, and what I've discovered in you is all these other interests, they've, they've probably always been there, but they've been dormant or that humanoid side of you wasn't gonna make space for it. Right. And so now you've made space for all this creativity and experiment experimentation with learning and going to workshops and that fire piece. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>, um, what's next for you, do you think, you know, once you finish, you'll finish this astrology training soon.

Speaker 2 (33:31):

Yeah.

Speaker 1 (33:32):

How much longer does that run?

Speaker 2 (33:35):

Uh, just through November.

Speaker 1 (33:37):

Okay. Okay. What next for you, do you envision taking any more classes in related to spirituality or astrology? What do you think?

Speaker 2 (33:51):

It's a great question. I, I know that I have more hypnosis in my future and Uhhuh probably some dream interpretations. Yeah. Um, but besides that, I don't, I don't know yet. Yeah. And I think I'm just enjoying the journey and yeah, we'll see what happens

Speaker 1 (34:08):

Completely. And I know Casey will be attending, um, my, one of my brand new soup and spirit, and we're gonna have, I think there's eight women all together, and we're gonna have a meal together, and we're gonna, we're gonna do some channeling, opening up the spiritual pathways. I'm gonna guide us this group into the deep, deepest theta state, and we're gonna hopefully connect with spirit. I I wanna mention something very interesting about my interactions with Casey in my space. There's, uh, a lot of spiritual or high frequency energies, particularly in the back of my home. And in knowing that and being very familiar and comfortable with, um, sharing this with Casey, we decided to do our sessions in the back of my house where the spiritual energy is the strongest. And there was never a time that Casey came into my space, even in the middle of the afternoon.

Doesn't matter what season it was, there were orbs or light beings. Um, I can see them with my naked eye, but even after Casey left, I could feel the energies and also capture them on film. And so when we, when I had these workshops and I host them in the back of my house with high frequency souls like Casey, it's absolutely crazy because we can create these orb storms, and these orb storms can create these amazing spiritual connections and phenomenons that afterwards the group can share their experiences. Um, and so I look forward to having you at that workshop. Casey, is there anything in closing that you would like to share with the public about the value of this work? Um, any spiritual wisdom that you want to offer other particularly female career oriented people about this work that you think might be helpful for them to know?

Speaker 2 (36:29):

One, I've been reflecting on kind of what I've learned through working with you. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. And one of the, the concepts is there's no, there's no wrong choice. There's, you can only, you can only learn from your life and what you choose. Mm-Hmm. <affirmative>. And whether you decide hypnosis is right for you or for or not. Mm-Hmm. Um, just trust that and, uh, listen to what you're feeling.

Speaker 1 (37:01):

Absolutely. It's amazing. Casey, I, I have loved working with you. I've learned so much, and we've had, um, so many layers of depth in the type of sessions that we've done together. Um, so I am really excited to, again, see you at more workshops, do some more one-to-one work, and also learn from you about astrology and, and how that's again, uh, aided in this self-healing, self-discovery journey. And hopefully more people listening to the podcast will be, um, intrigued by astrology and, and wanna maybe take a class or read some books and things. So thank you so much for joining us today. I'm healer within Casey, and I'll look forward to seeing you soon.

Speaker 2 (37:55):

Yeah. Thank you, Amy.

Speaker 1 (37:56):

Thank you so much. Take care now. Bye.

Speaker 2 (38:01):

Bye.
