Healing Frequencies and Messages from ET's from Healer Within Podcast (Season 4, Episode 3). 

This is Amy, and welcome to Healer Within.
Here we explore the many pathways to healing that reach beyond mainstream medicine — from hypnosis and mystical meditation to energy healing, trance work, mediumship and more. These self-empowering, vibration-raising practices help awaken the healer within us all.

I’ve been away for a little while. I took a break from the podcast to recover from  surgery and to complete my first automatic writing piece, now published and available on Amazon: Whispers Beyond the Veil: Channeled Teachings Inspired by the Spirit World.

Today’s episode was meant to arrive after this break — because it’s about whispers from beyond, otherworldly contact, and the frequencies of healing that flow when we open to communication with ETs and interdimensional beings.

The First Encounter
It was 3 a.m. on September 11th when I awakened to a whisper in my left ear,
“Ah-Koo-Nay" - a sound I had never heard before.

Then came the directive: get up and record this.

I stumbled to my computer, hoping the word had a translation somewhere. Nothing. No origin, no known language. But when I closed my eyes and repeated it — “Ah-Koo-Nay” — warmth spread through me, my body softened, and an energy enfolded me like a cloak.

Then came the thought, not quite my own: Welcome home. You are safe.

They identified themselves as interplanetary beings from a galaxy furthest from Earth. A world without light, where bodies themselves emit light. They told me they’ve been studying Earth for thousands of years, coming as helpers, healers and mentors. 

And they offered wisdom. That human death is not departure, but transformation — like water shifting to vapor. Our souls do not go elsewhere, but remain in the very space around us, vibrating beyond the range of ordinary senses. And they warned: our food is the number one cause of what we call “death.” On their world, they absorb nutrients directly through their skin into their bloodstream. In time, they say, humans will adapt in similar ways.

And “Ah-Koo-Nay” — it is more than a name. It is a sound, a frequency. When chanted, it draws their healing energy close, currents of light that can be seen or felt as they move through and around the body.

The Faces in the Circle
Four nights later, during a Sacred Spirit Circle workshop, Elaine — one of the participants — began seeing faces reflected in the TV behind me. First a hollow, squash-shaped head with large round eyes. Then a woman with long hair and a headband. Then a round-faced man, then a man in a short-billed cap, then another woman with long hair.

The faces rotated in and out, five in total, as though cycling through dimensions.

I’ve wondered if Elaine was seeing the same beings — or perhaps the veil was thin enough, thanks to our gathering, to get a glimpse of something just outside the visible spectrum. Since then, I’ve used the “Ah-Koo-Nay” chant in private healing sessions. One client, who has been trying to conceive after several miscarriages, felt a profound shift. We’ll see what unfolds.

The Second Visit
On September 25th, the voice returned at 2:50 a.m. I resisted — I had an early interview and needed rest. But the voice insisted: there is much to be learn for the listening ear.

And so I sat in my trance space, and this is what they shared:
The earth plane is becoming more polarized, divided between higher and lower frequencies. Lightworkers will feel distracted, scattered, or tempted to shut down. But here is the guidance they offer: you may feel like a flower with no roots, but do not wither. Turn toward the sun.

They called this particular era in time, a spiritual renaissance, a great harvest, where the veil between dimensions is thinner than ever before. Healing, wisdom, and solutions will flow into our world to counterbalance what conventional medicine and mainstream society cannot yet provide. But to access this, we must practice discipline, create sacred space, and cultivate curiosity, openness and patience.

Science Meets Spirit
Now, for the more science-minded: does any of this line up with what we know? Surprisingly, yes.

• Life without sunlight – On Earth, whole ecosystems thrive in the deep ocean, feeding not on sunlight but on chemical energy. Many glow with bioluminescence, creating living light. (NASA Science)
• Dark or rogue planets – Astronomers now believe there are countless planets drifting through space without stars, warmed by internal heat. Some may support life. (Planetary Society)
• Hidden oceans – Worlds like Europa and Enceladus may hold vast subsurface oceans, habitats for life invisible from the surface. (NASA Astrobiology)
• Long-term observation – Theories exist that advanced civilizations might send autonomous “Bracewell probes” to quietly watch developing planets. (Wikipedia)

So while no one can yet prove the Ah-Koo-Nay experience I share in today's podcast, science does suggest that life in darkness, beings who emit light, and long-term interstellar observers are far from impossible.

Implications
If these beings are reaching out, what could this mean for us?

What if chanting “Ah-Koo-Nay” doesn’t just open a channel but recalibrates our very cells, inviting healing frequencies from beyond Earth? What if our evolution is not just technological but biological — learning to tune into frequencies address physical imbalances.

Perhaps these encounters invite us to remember that healing is never confined to one world or one method. It is an interdimensional conversation — and the more open we are, the more profound the medicine and wisdom we may receive.
