C Alexandra is a history-obsessed weirdo who ruins dinner parties by regaling everyone with impromptu lectures that can begin in Ancient Rome and, somehow, meander through Jane Austen, Norse mythology, and musical theater before ending up at gun laws in the Wild West. She talks her story ideas through with the statues of Hermes and Athena on her desk, seeking mediation from Anubis when they can't agree. When she's not learning about the coolest femmes in history or letting her Anime Sensei guide her to the promised land, she's probably binge-watching British detective shows or forcing herself not to read the same comfort novels while staring in dread at her ever-growing TBR pile. She also helps lead one of the greatest local writing groups in the nation. One day, she'll get her act together enough to create her own website.
