The home inspection process is one of the most important pieces when finding a home that is just right for you.
Without getting a home inspection done you are potentially setting yourself up for heart ache, safety issues, and a big bill to fix anything that might be wrong with the house.
There are a lot of details to consider when deciding if a home is right for you. Many times, there are more questions raise than answers provided if you are not working with an expert home inspector. The same goes for if you are not working with a Realtor that emphasizes the importance of the home inspection.
