She has a 25-year background as a Master Certified Coach, is a keynote speaker, and is the author of "It's Not About Food, Drugs, or Alcohol: It's About Healing Complex PTSD." She specializes in supporting survivors in healing from complex PTSD, achieving long-term recovery, and turning their pain into purpose.
