80: Valuing quality friendships with Johanna Paulston and Bethel Wagner

From Project BFF HQ, Terri + Manya talk with Johanna Paulston and Bethel Wagner, co-owners of the Sage Wellness Center.  We talked about what it's like working with a friend and how working together can strengthen a friendship (we know a little bit about that ourselves!); building a community of friends; and valuing the quality of our friendship over quantity.

Bethel is a certified health coach helping people increase their energy, boost their mood, and release weight. Johanna is a certified crystal healer and holistic health coach helping facilitate healing and transformation and giving people the tools to understand and work with their physical and energetic bodies.
