This week Tayler shares a stalking case that inspires the Terrasoff Law the case established a legal duty for mental health professionals to warn potential victims of their patients. The case involved a student who killed a woman after telling his therapist about his intention to do so. Christine sheds some light on the less well known World Trade Center attack. The 1993 World Trade Center bombing.
