Galatians 5:22-23. James 1:14-15. Self-control isn’t about trying harder—it’s about learning to abide in Jesus and allowing the Holy Spirit to lead us in the space between impulse and action. In this message, we explore how unchecked desires can become our masters, but how God gives us the strength, wisdom, and “way of escape” to choose what honors Him. The good news is that we don’t have to fight for self-control alone: when we stay connected to Jesus, His Spirit produces the fruit we could never produce through willpower alone.
