In this episode we meet Richard Dennis, consumer advocate for the state Attorney General’s office, representing the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. Learn how West Virginia’s oldest citizens adapted when in-person services were disrupted in the pandemic. Mr. Dennis spoke with Healthcare is Human in September 2022 at the Berkeley 2000 Recreation Center.
