In this episode, we meet Natalie Smith RN, a nurse who cultivates her compassion through creative outlets. Hear how Natalie uses crafts to keep her own spirits high so she can care for sick patients at the Berkeley Medical Center. What started as a hobby has become an essential burnout prevention strategy for Natalie, allowing her to bring joy and laughter to nursing.
