Today i spoke with Dr Kieran O'Sullivan in Limerick, Ireland, all about low back pain education. Kieran is one of the world leaders when it comes to back pain research and it was amazing to sit down with him and pick his brain.
Kieran is senior lecturer in the School of Allied Health at University of Limerick, has published over 140 peer-reviewed articles, worked as Lead Physiotherapist at the Sports Spine Centre at Aspetar, Qatar, alongside many other accolades.
We chat about and debunk common myths related to low back pain, how to approach difficult conversations with those who experience persistent low back pain, how to best deliver education and much more.
