EMSO TALKS: In this episode of Emso Talks, Emso’s Head of Research, Patrick Esteruelas, recaps his takeaways from the recent International Monetary Fund (IMF) meetings which were held in Washington D.C. in mid-April. The IMF meetings have historically served as a good platform to assess the pulse of the market, and while the there was certainly less pessimism present than at the October 2022 meetings, there was a perceptible lack of conviction on the path ahead with mixed implications for EM.
