Meet Vivian
Devoted wife. Cancer survivor. Military professional. MBA graduate. Doctoral candidate. Animal advocate.
Born in Singapore and shaped by more than two decades in Alaska before beginning a new chapter across the country with her husband. Vivian believes that life's greatest lessons often come from its most difficult seasons. Her journey has taught her that healing isn't linear, resilience is built one step at a time, and growth begins when we're willing to have the conversations we've been avoiding.
Through Mash Unfiltered, Vivian hopes to create a space where people feel seen, understood, and reminded that they are never alone in their journey.
Her mission is simple: to help others find strength through life's hardest lessons, one honest conversation at a time.
Real conversations. Real healing. Real growth.

What does it really mean to begin again?
We often think starting over means leaving everything behind. But what if beginning again isn't about starting from scratch?
What if it's about moving forward with everything life has already taught you?
In this episode of Mash Unfiltered, we're talking about the courage it takes to let go of what no longer serves us, embrace change, and trust that every experience has prepared us for what's next.
If you've ever found yourself in a season of starting over, I hope this conversation reminds you that you don't have to have it all figured out, you just have to be willing to take the next step.
