The Way is a podcast fully committed to the solid, straight forward, uncompromising, Spirit filled teaching of God’s Word. We know that we are living in a dark and evil time. According to the scriptures, we are living in the last days before the return of Jesus. Therefore, to live a victorious life in Christ regardless of the rising evil all around us, we must know God’s word thoroughly and obey it completely regardless of cost of consequence. Our desire through this podcast is that God would give every listener an ear to hear, a heart to receive and a will to obey. May all the teaching of God’s Word through this podcast be solid and Spirit filled. May all who listen be strengthened and built up in the body of Christ. May we all live fully to the glory of God until Jesus calls us home. Maranatha

Paul concludes the first half of Ephesians with his second prayer. In the first three chapters Paul described for us the amazing wealth that we have in Christ. He discussed the doctrine of salvation and the church. But before moving on to how all of this should impact the way we live for Jesus; he had to pray.

Paul's prayer is the perfect prayer for all those in Christ. It is perfect for God's church. Paul prays that we would be strengthened by the Holy Spirit. He prays that we would dwell in Christ being rooted in love. And he prays that we would be filled with the fullness of God.

It is a simple, brief, clear prayer offered by Paul for the church. May Paul's prayer be our prayer today for each other and for the whole body of Christ.
