The Way is a podcast fully committed to the solid, straight forward, uncompromising, Spirit filled teaching of God’s Word. We know that we are living in a dark and evil time. According to the scriptures, we are living in the last days before the return of Jesus. Therefore, to live a victorious life in Christ regardless of the rising evil all around us, we must know God’s word thoroughly and obey it completely regardless of cost of consequence. Our desire through this podcast is that God would give every listener an ear to hear, a heart to receive and a will to obey. May all the teaching of God’s Word through this podcast be solid and Spirit filled. May all who listen be strengthened and built up in the body of Christ. May we all live fully to the glory of God until Jesus calls us home. Maranatha

Paul now transitions from the Thessalonians being led to Christ, being established in Christ to now walking in Christ. What good is it to be led to Christ, established in Christ if we are not going to live every day for Christ.

Paul first tells them that God's will for their life is that they would be holy. That they are to be separated from the world and separated to God. This is God's will for all of us.

The first necessary step of obedience needed for our holiness is to abstain from all sexual immorality. We do this through self-control that comes from the Holy Spirit. If we walk in the Spirit, we will not fulfill the lust of the flesh.

May we all be holy to the glory of God.
