Strangely enough, one group of people that isn’t top of mind when thinking about who to include in DEI conversations, are the white male leaders who can actually do a lot to improve equity at a company.
When we create an inclusive forum, that welcomes everyone, including white men, where everyone feels safe, and their voices are valued, then we can start to make some big gains in equity, and inclusion and representation.
