Born in Springfield, Massachusetts to ‘two of the smartest kids in the projects,’ Tracey recognized at a young age that he had a knack for solving problems — a skill that would later make him an incredibly successful businessman. He spent his earlier years avidly reading, traveling the world, and working just about every job you could imagine in the pursuit to find himself and uncover what deeply inspired him.

Once he founded the Tracey Ryans Agency, Tracey quickly made a name for himself by throwing bombastic events that connected brands and businesses back to people and community in creative, authentic ways.

Highlights from Tracey’s incredible list of accomplishments include co-owning beloved NYC La Esquina, Miss Lily’s, and 11 other hospitality groups, working with high-end clients including Nike, MoMa, SoHo House, and dozens more, and serving on boards like The Brooklyn Zen Center and The New Museum. Tracey is also a member of social impact company Hive, which helps individuals and entities maximize their social impact while building brands.

Tracey has left an undeniable mark in the luxury marketing, fashion, and art worlds. He constantly strives to elevate the voices and ideas of other brilliant visionaries with his highly regarded influence. He’s one of the best at putting power behind action for the greater good.
