Jerry brings up the effect of PD on care partners, importance of exercise and support for them as well as for people with PD. Getting back to guitar and singing - practice, practice , practice. We talk about him sticking with exercise classes even though exercise is not his favorite ,and the importance of finding an exercise /activity you enjoy because if you want to keep doing the things you enjoy and be independent exercise is not a choice when you have a PD diagnosis.
