53. Courtney Summers

Great to be back with our first episode of 2025! Huge win to get Courtney Summers on for a chat about her life and her flourishing SUMTIMESSAD project!

Courtney grew up here in the Alice and speaks so lovingly about her childhood and her amazing family who she couldn't speak more highly of. Despite growing up in such a nurturing and supportive environment Courtney struggled with some very serious mental health battles which she speaks so bravely about on this episode.

Courtney has turned het own personal battles into her passion and has founded SUMTIMESSAD, a program designed to help others struggling with mental health find a way forward and feel supported.

Only met Courtney on the day of the recording but she is an amazing young lady who has great plans and ambition. Hope you enjoy learning all about her on this episode of the ASP with DT!
