Victoria Bussert is the Director, Music Theatre at Baldwin Wallace University. I felt so motivated coming out of this chat, and I am very excited for you to listen in. We discuss the importance of knowing what an equity rehearsal process is like before entering into the professional world. Victoria expands on what it means to do the work, and how to bring that work into an audition. One of my favorite moments, however, is when Victoria brings home that there is no such thing as an overdone song. This ep. is filled with applicable tips. Enjoy!
