Stella Tomlinson: Intuition, Patriarchy + Perimenopause
Jul 04, 2022 Episode 38

In this week's episode I speak to author, poet and priestess Stella Tomlinson. Stella talks to us about how she bears witness to people’s inner lives and and supports them to bring forth the feminine. We discuss how important it is to connect to the cyclical nature of life and how Stella is supporting others to come home to cyclic wisdom. A powerful theme of this conversation is how understanding your cycle can give you so much intel about yourself and how to maximise this connection to intuition. We also chat about the role of patriarchy in keeping us from our power and wisdom. Stella shares loads about perimenopause - which we can all benefit from - her own self care practices and recommendations for the massive overstimulation many of us experience on so many levels.
