The Intuition Conversations

Helena Rose Murphy: Intuition + Chronic Conditions

Episode 53

In this week's episode I speak to Helena Murphy about the impact of intuition on health and living with a chronic condition. Helena generously discusses her journey to being diagnosed with Crohns disease and the importance of embracing the more difficult conversations about bodies and health. She also talks to us about her recipe book being published in 2023 which leads us to a juicy conversation about nourishing and delicious foods and recipes.  This is a super informative conversation and a really important listen!
About Helena:
My name is Helena, I'm a professional photographer based in Bristol, and I capture product, places and food. I create lifestyle shots that are all about that everyday magic. It’s my “why” to capture images that help people connect back to themselves, to find cruelty-free options, to enjoy beautifully made food, to slow down and to make the small things, the big things.
