Immediately after joining Keyspire in March 2014, Laurie May worked to build up the family’s personal portfolio with executive rental condos in Calgary, and land development projects mainly in southern Ontario. She, along with the help of her handy husband, added legal basement suites to a couple of Edmonton bungalows, and participated in some private lending opportunities, too.
As the portfolio grew, it was time to incorporate.
