040: How we learn to consciously play and feel, theatre and movement as the place for transformation.

In this conversation with Aghata, who is known for her quirky humour and ability to go deep in gentle and unexpected ways, we explore the possibility of using consciously all the different parts that live within us,  the different feelings as a means for transformation and to return to the present.
How can we take them out of the hidden place and have containers to express them.
How can we use the practice of the stage, to play with identity, to be more fluent with who with take ourselves to be?
