Monika Geraci, Director of PR and Communications for the RV Industry Association (RVIA) sat down with us to share the most recent trends they’re seeing in the RV industry. As an organization that promotes and regulates RV safety, the RVIA also surveys real campers to learn about their reasons for taking up RVing, the things they want to see more of, and the ways the industry can better support them in the future. As a condition of membership to the RVIA, manufacturers have to agree to unannounced safety inspections and adherence to a set of safety standards that applies to every RV brand equally. Because unlike quality, which can scale with a camper’s price tag, every consumer deserves the same level of safety when they’re on the road, and the RVIA ensures they get it.
