Dear President Trump,

The legal definition of “expilatio” is, “the offense of unlawfully appropriating goods belonging to a succession. It is not technically theft (furtum) because such property no longer belongs to a decedent, nor to the heir, since the latter has not yet taken possession…”  Black’s Law Dictionary 5th Edition

I, for one, have recently remastered my line of succession to the original 46-chromosome monozygotic maritime monarchy. Said mindful achievement has also resulted in the personal conquest of presumably lost, misplaced, or abandoned property i.e. an extraterritorial seabed nativity/ancestral homeland/bounty land/biogeographic island relict/sand bank found in mom’s marine environment i.e. womb – mistakenly taken and held in abeyance by a gratuitous bailiff due to a contrived war of succession over a particular end produced by an incomplete delivery of a mere-stone/tertium quid/corpus mysticum i.e. bundled goods i.e. one’s feto-maternal placenta i.e. personal health information (PHI) – erroneously recorded as an unsurpassed statistic i.e. infant member (1 USC 8) on September 19, 1960 Gregorian/Civil calendar time.  

• General Orders No. 100: The Lieber Code - Art. 31. “A victorious army appropriates all public money, seizes all public movable property until further direction by its government, and sequesters for its own benefit or of that of its government all the revenues of real property belonging to the hostile government or nation.  Mr. President, every successive cellular generation of one’s personal sojourn from fertilization to last breath progresses naturally via perfect evolutionary due process prescribed by nature beyond the scope of man’s ideas. As a faultless Supreme Being standing wholly in the light of the present “We” can never return to the past as it is physically impossible and contrary to the course of nature. My Story (present) and His Story (past) are mutually exclusive situations. Admitting to an arbitrarily fixed/frozen in time bio-metric cut member/minor account/faith-based denomination secured by the transgression/deposition and execution of one’s fetal amnion/lamb is tantamount to suicide – considered a sin by the Church, a felony by legal scholars, and Treason (18 USC 2382) by every historically altered/bilocated/demised sovereign.
