It can become so easy to feel some self-pity when we are not having the relationship we would like to have with our adult children.  We justify having these pity parties but they never help us feel better.  They just add "fuel to the fire".  Why?  Because feeling sorry for ourselves keeps us stuck in the cycle of thinking negative thoughts, especially when it comes to our thoughts about our relationship with our adult child.  Tune in to learn how to get out of self-pity.
