EP 203 - Deal Case Study - The Pig House

On today’s Friday Focus episode, we are speaking with Dylan Koch, real estate investor and member of the Instant Investor Mastermind program. He has a background in single-family home investments and has successfully completed deals using direct mail leads. Dylan is known for his ability to find motivated sellers and negotiate profitable deals, and he wants to share how he does it with all of you! 

​In this case study episode, Dylan shares the story of a single-family home deal he did using a direct mail lead. The seller was an absentee owner who had not been to the property in years and had squatters living inside. Dylan negotiated a contract for $20,000 and filed for eviction to remove the squatters. On the day of the eviction, a large pig (yes, you read that right!) was discovered in the house, adding an unexpected twist to the deal.
