Brainz Magazine feature: https://www.brainzmagazine.com/post/how-to-turn-your-business-into-a-24-7-lead-machine
All right, let's just dive into today's episode. I'm so excited we are going to be talking about how to turn your business into a 24-7 lead machine. So if you are tired of chasing leads and want your business to attract ideal clients on autopilot, you need a system that works for you 24-7, even when you're not actively marketing. All right, it's not just a freebie that collects dust and attracts people who aren't serious buyers. Your lead machine should activate your audience and get them ready to take action. So if this is you, let's dive into it, so you can create a consistent pipeline of leads by leveraging high converting strategies, smart funnels and ads, without spending all your time on social media. Because here's the thing your content and your social media need to be working harder for you than you work for it. All right, I want to say close to a hundred percent. I'm going to say 99% for the 0.1% of people who aren't in this, but anyone who comes into my become a content queen membership or into my one-to-one coaching container. The issue is that they have beautiful hearts, beautiful offers, beautiful intentions. They have the potential to impact so many people. Their content isn't terrible, but it's not getting the visibility and it comes down to a strategy that actually connects to who they are as a person and what they want to say, et cetera. But they just don't have these systems in place because then all it is is them having to hustle to convert these people and to nurture them, and by the end of the day they don't have enough energy to nurture and convert all of these people. So it's almost like a rat race against themselves to reach this revenue goal. That actually isn't possible for them, not because they're not worthy of it or their business couldn't handle it, it's just they're doing everything manually. It or their business couldn't handle it, it's just they're doing everything manually. So I have a few steps I'm just going to run through. So, as a side note, I have a masterclass happening on March 17th at 9 am MST. So if you're listening to this before March 17th, go ahead and register. If you're listening to this after, the replay will be available. So when you register, it'll immediately send you the replay. So, just as a side note, either way you can catch it live. Catch the replay doesn't matter either one, but definitely go ahead. It is the lead machine workshop and you are going to love it.
Speaker 1:But the first thing, of course, is having a high converting lead magnet, and a lead magnet is the key to attract ideal clients through. If you're doing ads, it is the most cost effective way to have leads come through your funnel, because it allows us the opportunity to have a low cost per lead and then have the potential to yield a high return on our investment, because we're able to get a ton of people through this funnel. And then, especially if you're someone who has high level services or an irresistible low ticket offer, it all evens out in the end. So the one thing is like what makes a lead magnet good is by making sure that your freebie isn't something that an easy Google search could answer. So you want to put in the elbow grease. You want instant value, so it should cover, or offer rather, an immediate win for your audience. It should be highly relevant, so it should align with what they're ultimately trying to sell. There needs to be an appropriate delivery for your audience. So, good example an overwhelmed mom is not going to read a 67 page PDF and you really want to make sure there's a clear connection between your freebie and your paid offer, so it naturally progresses to the purchase.
Speaker 1:Some examples that I have here is a free training on solving a common industry problem, a checklist or roadmap for helping clients take action, a quiz that segments into your offers, a mini email course, like. There's so many different things I will say in the become a content queen membership. There's an entire Porter portal to build out your freebie, um trainings, the workshops, email sequences, like from start to finish. There's an entire hub on how to build out this entire sequence. So, just as a side note, um, any who? Um, you also want to build a simple high converting funnel. So when someone grabs your freebie, they should immediately nurture into a sequence that warms them up to a paid offer.
Speaker 1:All right, so the very basic steps is like an opt-in page. So a simple compelling landing page that you know highlights the benefits. Um, just as a side note from the lens of someone who does the behind the scenes and done for you side, you want the opt-in to the name and email immediately at the top. So if you're looking on it on mobile, that you shouldn't have to scroll all the way like eight times to find the opt-in. It should be there. Better yet, there should be multiple places on the landing page depending on how lengthy it is Just so. It's like, if they choose to be defiant, there's multiple places for them to go. But anywho, an opt-in page.
Speaker 1:Number two a thank you page with a CTA, which is a call to action. This should offer an upsell, a booking call, an invite for some sort of next steps. This has been really great to recoup cost of doing ads if you are doing the ad side of things, but nonetheless it's also, when it comes to doing ads, it's a really great way to actually verify that someone has subscribed or opted in so that it can accurately collect the data from your Facebook pixel. The next one is having an automated email sequence. So this is all in the you know funnel steps is number one opt-in page. Number two a thank you for multiple reasons. Number three is having an automated email sequence. So once again, all of this is in my content membership, the plug and play, all the behind the scenes, but this should be a series that nurtures and builds trust and showcases your expertise and does lead to a conversion. All right, um, and the fourth is following up with the sales mechanism. So, whether this is, you know, the webinar, direct outreach, um, you know, sending them to a sales page. This needs to convert these warm leads that you've taken the time to nurture into paying clients. All right, um.
Speaker 1:What I personally like to do, which is number three, is drive targeted traffic with done for you ads. So this is how you bring in consistent, high quality traffic. They work while you sleep, quite literally. I took you know one of my clients. We've actually had almost 200 people opt in for this free event that she's doing and it's been less than two weeks. But she's had almost 200 people go through her email funnel and she's not doing anything, like I'm. I did the ads for her, but over 200 people in less than two weeks well, pardon me, just about 200 people in just about two weeks. That's a huge difference than if she were to organically market, like. Imagine if you had to have organically market to get 200 people in. Like. That sounds tiresome for me.
Speaker 1:So personally, I like to do ads this way, um, and to make sure that they're profitable. Here's a few things is number one make sure that the copy is engaging. Use a couple different types of creatives, um. I like to make sure that things are optimized for conversions, meaning like there were tracking correctly, um. But the reason that this works so well is because we can have hundreds, if not thousands, of people come through your freebie. We have an entire bank of really high quality leads and then we can convert them with your tried and true offers, whether you do a free workshop or a masterclass or a free trial into your membership, whatever this looks like.
Speaker 1:I think it's actually really important that we consider all of these factors to make sure that you know what, like this, is actually beneficial for your business and them. We need to look at it both ways, like yes, we want our ads to be profitable, but number two, we also are like how can we make sure that this is like just as juicy for the client? Um, because that's really going to support you with your conversions when you can step into your client shoes and be be like okay, like how could this serve them? How could this, you know, how could this change everything for them? And just as a side note, that's gonna help you weigh a lot with your ads to make them profitable is in the organic backend.
Speaker 1:The next part which I think is really important is, if you've set up your ads correctly, you can actually retarget anyone who has went on specific pages to your website, and so what I like to do is actually retarget those people and bring them back. So it's like, hey, I know you didn't convert, come back here so we can bring them back, retarget them and get them in in. The other thing that's actually really good to know is like not all leads convert right away, but a really strong follow-up strategy ensures that you're nurturing these potential buyers. This is really good for a freebie is retargeting, because it's like, hey, I know you've seen it whether it's like they got busy with the kids, they like got distracted, they like there's so many different reasons. Maybe the webpage didn't, you know, load the way that we wanted it to. So it's just really important to note like there's so many different things.
Speaker 1:But one of my favorite ways to retarget people is directly to my case studies. Directly to my case studies because I can actually binge it and listen to it and read it, and I have mine optimized Like I have podcasts on it. I have a blog breakthrough or breakdown of it. I'm going to be turning them into YouTube videos. I started a YouTube channel. It's ambitiously caffeinated, of course, so, but there's so many different lead to sales strategies If you want to do it organically.
Speaker 1:If people have talked to you and they're kind of like a loose lead and you're like this is irrelevant to ads, it's like, okay, let's do a live workshop, let's have a webinar, let's offer them a free sales call, like let's, let's kind of like chit chat with them. What is the lead to sales strategy? When I didn't have a lot of time, one thing I would do is just have a casual conversation, like hey, I know that you've asked about XYZ a few times. I know that you are commenting on every single one of my posts. I know that you were asking questions in my stories. Like I would love to, like I would love to chat with you right here in the DMS. You do not have to hop on a call with me, it's no strings attached, but I'd love to hear about what's going on with XYZ, super direct, super to the point. But it does support that lead to sales strategy because there's a level of interest and there's something preventing them from the next step. And so, if we can overcome the objection in a way that is very authentic and not bro marketing, this is going to be everything.
Speaker 1:So the fifth thing is automating and scaling. So, especially when you know something is working right the first time, like once your systems are running smoothly, whether this is oh, I did this workshop one time, it worked out really good. I want to see how it goes again. Like it doesn't really matter what the reasoning is or what the offer is or what the system is, but once you know that something is working really effectively and really smoothly in your business, I believe that's the time to optimize and scale it. So, whether this is increasing your ad spend, so the you know, scale the winning campaigns to reach more leads. This can be expanding on new platforms. So, if things are going really good on Facebook and Instagram, I would actually look at what's working really well on Instagram, specifically the reels, and do that over onto TikTok.
Speaker 1:Another side note is I've actually downloaded all of my reels without any of the watermarks and I'm putting them over onto YouTube and I'm actually getting insane reach. I've reached over. I just started my YouTube. So this is like I was just joking. I made a Facebook post and I was like oh, I have three YouTube subscribers. So if you see me on a private jet and owning a private Island, like you know why totally joking I'm up to 30 subscribers now. So like growth, um, but anyways, I was able to reach over 10,000 people in a week, my first two weeks of YouTube. Last week, I was able to reach 10,000 people just due to the fact that I had put up these repurpose my content right, like it was something that worked. I'm going to make it work harder, Um.
Speaker 1:Another thing is actually improving my offers. So I have done this for my done for you ads. I have had um a dozen women come through my program. I've been able to get them good results. I've also done the done with you and done for you and kind of seen what worked out better. I've optimized my pricing, the messaging, the conversions, the actual structure, what had served my clients deeper.
Speaker 1:And here's the thing I just want to add this in here when you're doing offer development, it is so freaking important that you're looking at, like, what do they need to be successful and then what do they want and also what is actually supportive for them. And by looking at this has been really beautiful, because I hate the people who sell someone what they want and then give them what they need in quotations, the bait and switch, and I think that there's a level of both, like, for example, when I do social media management. They just want their social media, they just want their content taken care of, and I give them that, and also I do other things for them that get them more visibility. So, whether this is taking over their stories or doing a little bit of networking, I have a team member who will do light engagement for them, and we just noticed the difference here, and it's just really important to note, because I feel like one of the biggest things is I know what they need to be successful, but it's not the top of mind, and especially if someone doesn't know what they need to be successful, but it's not the top of mind, and especially if someone doesn't, obviously, if they don't, if they've tried every way to get to where they want to be and something's not working. It's like the saying you only know what you know, and so I like to be able to give them what they want and what they need both. I'm not bait and switching them and they might not see the value of what I'm giving them initially until it works and they're like oh my gosh, I'm so grateful.
Speaker 1:So, anywho, improving your offers I love to do. Every time I have three people come through, I do a really quick audit what is working, what do they love? What is the positive feedback? Is there any um, you know? Is there any feedback that could be better? And I make those tweaks and I think that's just really important.
Speaker 1:The reason I'm talking about this both organic and ad sides is ads is just going to amplify whatever you're doing. So if your offer is terrible, ads are going to amplify that. If your offer is getting people incredible results, ads are going to amplify that. People are going to continue to insane results and you're going to become a millionaire baby right. But one of the things I just want to take the time to say is a business that generates consistent, high quality leads on autopilot is not a dream. This is a proven strategy that works when done right.
Speaker 1:When I say done right, it is the right freebie, the right funnel, the right offer, and to me saying that out loud, it can kind of be like great. So that sounds like a one in a million, but it's not. All it is is reflecting on the data that is working. If you notice that there's one specific email that is just has a low open rate, the highest unsubscribe rate, like there's just not a lot of positive correlation with that. It might be something that we maybe delete in the sequence. However, I look at unsubscribers as a blessing as well, because it's people removing themselves from my space who don't want to be there, and that's a blessing because it reserves and opens up more space for people who want to hear what I have to say Not like a super narcissistic way, but it's true. Like if people people who want to hear what you have to say like they're going to stay Um, so I just want to take the time to say if you are ready to become a 24-7 lead machine, please get that freebie, please go get that workshop, go dive into it.
Speaker 1:And initially, when you go in regardless if you're watching the live or the replay you're going to get a really quick loom. I actually give a breakdown of like some pre-work before you actually watch the video. So I've taken the time to have a loom. I have a document with everything. A chat to ET prompts Like I have put everything in there for you to be successful and for me, like I think it's just so important to note because, like I think that anyone is capable of 10 times in their business really, really quickly when you have these systems in place.
Speaker 1:But if you're doing everything manually, that's where things are going to start to feel heavy. That's when things feel like you're not capable of reaching our goals, and that's terrible. That's a terrible feeling, and I don't. I want to really empower you here, and so I want to give you this full breakdown. Um, I'm going to actually post a link of this article I wrote for brains magazine and I was featured in there. Um, so I'm going to put down the blog so you guys can go read it as well.
Speaker 1:If you are a visual girly like me and there's the freebie there I'm going to have the freebie in the link below, and if you're like, no, I'm just ready for someone to do my ads, I'm also going to have the link below. I'm so grateful for you. Once again, I would love to bring this back. Take a screenshot, post on your Instagram stories and tag me at ambitious and caffeinated, and I will. I do a draw at the end of the month for a Starbucks gift card. So if you are someone who loves Starbucks, like me, or if you prefer a different coffee shop, just let me know and I will send you coffee for the month, so I hope you have a beautiful day and thank you so much for tuning in.
