Joined this week by Matt Williams. I met Matt last year at an ultra marathon & have been following his journey ever since. "It pissed me off" Matt goes on to explain how the feat of running bothered him & now he is consumed w/ pushing his body to it's absolute limits & doing the unthinkable. For example, Matt recently completed a 314 mile foot race which took him 6 days & 20 hours. Matt discusses how if he starts something, he will do whatever it takes to complete the job. Enjoy.
