I decided to explore what we were like as children and what type of hurdles, experiences and decisions were made that led my guests to their current position in life. In this episode, we pick up the conversation with Nigel, as he became a Project Manager. He found his way to Toyota in Brussells and spent a lot of time traveling to Toyota UK, and other offices, learning A3’s and solving problems. How did he meet and begin working with Jeff Sutherland, yes that Jeff Sutherland? What brought him to the United States? Any my favorite part, who is directly responsible for recruiting him to work with Toyota in California and continue as they moved their offices to Plano office? I think I owe this person something.
