I decided to explore what we were like as children and what type of hurdles, experiences and decisions were made that led my guests to their current position in life. In this episode, we conclude our conversation with Nigel Thurlow. We discuss the entitlement generation and he provides some suggestions for those wanting to get into a new role, like Scrum Master without any experience in that role. We end our conversation discussing what's happening in our current job market.
One reason I always enjoy our discussions is that Nigel isn't afraid to share his opinions. Some may find him a little intimiating but to me, he's been a great mentor and always makes me think, laugh and want to do more.
