Trainers Not Sneakers

Were those Nikes your mum bought you as a kid really from Nike? Or did they come 3 for 50 at Sunday market? We try and track down a mythical pair of baby Shox and go on a Trainer journey with the face of Nike's SNKRS Live broadcasts; Ayshe Zaifoglu, better known as AZCaptures

Bringing her love of trainers in to the world of videography and production, AZ soon transitioned from grinding out shoots and edits in the Rinse FM studios to working on big launch campaigns for the likes of Puma and Nike. Successfully launching her own 'Pay Your Shooter' brand in the mean time, which became a rallying cry for visual creatives everywhere in the industry.

She joined a number of other female creatives with a 'Pay Your Shooter' Air Max 95 Nike By You design that sold like hotcakes. And now as the face of Nike's SNKRS Live broadcasts she has shared in the hype with thousands and thousands of 'SNKR' heads worldwide.

Ayshe spoke to us about empowering women through normalising their place in the trainer discussion and about her dream of one day seeing one size run for all.  You can find her on Instagram and Twitter at @azcaptures.
