Three could possibly"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":177.03,"endTime":180.69,"body":"just be habits, you know, you"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":177.03,"endTime":180.69,"body":"want people to do certain follow"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":180.69,"endTime":184.17,"body":"up activities, you want them to"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":180.69,"endTime":184.17,"body":"manage certain behaviors or"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":184.2,"endTime":187.56,"body":"certain customers a specific"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":184.2,"endTime":187.56,"body":"way, there could be a number of"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":187.56,"endTime":190.14,"body":"things, you'll know, for"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":187.56,"endTime":190.14,"body":"example, if you were running a"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":190.14,"endTime":194.94,"body":"team, in a technical role, like"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":190.14,"endTime":194.94,"body":"a team of engineers, you might"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":194.94,"endTime":198.18,"body":"be wanting to see a specific"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":194.94,"endTime":198.18,"body":"habit where they document the"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":198.18,"endTime":202.5,"body":"process, and it goes into the"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":198.18,"endTime":202.5,"body":"central database or central file"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":202.5,"endTime":206.46,"body":"share area. And that then allows"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":202.5,"endTime":206.46,"body":"others in the team to access it"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":206.46,"endTime":209.19,"body":"and use the same approach. Why"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":206.46,"endTime":209.19,"body":"would you care about that, it"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":209.19,"endTime":213.66,"body":"creates uniform and consistent"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":209.19,"endTime":213.66,"body":"outcomes across their practice."},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":213.72,"endTime":216.36,"body":"And it also helps other people"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":213.72,"endTime":216.36,"body":"gain knowledge where maybe they"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":216.36,"endTime":219.24,"body":"don't have that knowledge"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":216.36,"endTime":219.24,"body":"without having to burn hours on"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":219.24,"endTime":222.36,"body":"it. So it's a really great"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":219.24,"endTime":222.36,"body":"opportunity to share knowledge"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":222.36,"endTime":225.48,"body":"across the team. But you might"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":222.36,"endTime":225.48,"body":"be battling with this, and that"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":225.72,"endTime":228.6,"body":"the engineers who are not doing"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":225.72,"endTime":228.6,"body":"it are actually really good"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":228.6,"endTime":231.39,"body":"engineers, but they're not"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":228.6,"endTime":231.39,"body":"filling in the forms that are"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":231.39,"endTime":234.51,"body":"entering the data.
