And those those"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":104.01,"endTime":106.59,"body":"individuals still aren't making"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":104.01,"endTime":106.59,"body":"it through to the senior"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":106.59,"endTime":109.74,"body":"management positions. And we"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":106.59,"endTime":109.74,"body":"have higher attrition rates"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":109.77,"endTime":113.73,"body":"amongst African minorities, and"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":109.77,"endTime":113.73,"body":"amongst other under other"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":113.76,"endTime":117.06,"body":"underrepresented groups. So I"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":153.27,"endTime":155.64,"body":"mentioned and just some"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":153.27,"endTime":155.64,"body":"statistics that we look at the"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":155.64,"endTime":158.91,"body":"gender equality rankings,"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":155.64,"endTime":158.91,"body":"regardless of all of the"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":158.91,"endTime":162.42,"body":"progress that has been made, and"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":158.91,"endTime":162.42,"body":"as regards the inclusion, the"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":162.42,"endTime":166.11,"body":"diversity and inclusion of women"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":162.42,"endTime":166.11,"body":"in the workplace, they're still"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":166.11,"endTime":170.58,"body":"ranked at 147 out of 156. So"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":166.11,"endTime":170.58,"body":"there is still a very, very long"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":170.58,"endTime":175.23,"body":"way to go. But I suppose where I"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":170.58,"endTime":175.23,"body":"would see real hope in that is"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":175.23,"endTime":178.05,"body":"the progress that has been made,"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":175.23,"endTime":178.05,"body":"and even a very short length of"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":178.05,"endTime":181.53,"body":"time. And when you have a"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":178.05,"endTime":181.53,"body":"willingness to move to or"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":181.56,"endTime":185.13,"body":"forward with this agenda, it is"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":181.56,"endTime":185.13,"body":"amazing what can happen. And as"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":185.13,"endTime":188.01,"body":"I said, just to draw on some of"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":185.13,"endTime":188.01,"body":"them the points that I haven't"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":188.01,"endTime":193.38,"body":"mentioned about Saudi at this"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":188.01,"endTime":193.38,"body":"point, for example, and many of"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":193.38,"endTime":196.26,"body":"you may be aware of them, there"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":193.38,"endTime":196.26,"body":"was huge media reports about it"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":196.26,"endTime":200.67,"body":"in 2018, when women were allowed"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":196.26,"endTime":200.67,"body":"to drive and again, while you"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":200.67,"endTime":203.1,"body":"know, people can look at this in"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":200.67,"endTime":203.1,"body":"quite a negative way, and say,"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":203.1,"endTime":206.73,"body":"you know, it's, it's 2018. And"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":203.1,"endTime":206.73,"body":"it's only no people and like"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":206.73,"endTime":209.76,"body":"women are allowed to drive. But"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":206.73,"endTime":209.76,"body":"that is huge progress for the"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":209.76,"endTime":213.0,"body":"country. Because again, it's"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":209.76,"endTime":213.0,"body":"culturally very, very different."},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":213.27,"endTime":216.63,"body":"And as I said, but that"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":213.27,"endTime":216.63,"body":"progress, it is progress, and"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":216.63,"endTime":219.66,"body":"it's all going in the right"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":216.63,"endTime":219.66,"body":"direction. Equally when I"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":219.66,"endTime":222.39,"body":"wouldn't went out there"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":219.66,"endTime":222.39,"body":"initially in 2013, and we would"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":222.39,"endTime":224.79,"body":"went out to visit companies"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":222.39,"endTime":224.79,"body":"because again, we were looking"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":224.79,"endTime":228.18,"body":"for different placements for our"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":224.79,"endTime":228.18,"body":"students, we would go into a"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":228.18,"endTime":230.28,"body":"different section of the"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":228.18,"endTime":230.28,"body":"organisation. So there'll be a"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":230.28,"endTime":233.94,"body":"women's section and a male"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":230.28,"endTime":233.94,"body":"section. And again, it was while"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":233.94,"endTime":236.88,"body":"there was inclusion of women in"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":233.94,"endTime":236.88,"body":"the workplace, there was still"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":236.88,"endTime":240.21,"body":"segregation and there wasn't"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":236.88,"endTime":240.21,"body":"equality. Again, you move on a"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":240.21,"endTime":244.41,"body":"number of years, that is now not"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":240.21,"endTime":244.41,"body":"the norm in Saudi Arabia to have"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":244.41,"endTime":247.05,"body":"that level of segregation within"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":244.41,"endTime":247.05,"body":"the workplace. And there's much"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":247.05,"endTime":250.95,"body":"more integration. And a lot of"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":247.05,"endTime":250.95,"body":"the time if women want to work"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":250.95,"endTime":253.77,"body":"within groups of women, that is"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":250.95,"endTime":253.77,"body":"there a choice. And I think that"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":253.77,"endTime":257.16,"body":"is a real, that's the real key"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":253.77,"endTime":257.16,"body":"there when it's choice, it's"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":257.16,"endTime":260.13,"body":"completely different. And as I"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":257.16,"endTime":260.13,"body":"said, if we are going to move"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":260.13,"endTime":263.46,"body":"towards equality by again, with"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":260.13,"endTime":263.46,"body":"the example of Saudi, there's"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":263.46,"endTime":267.3,"body":"still a lot of progress to be"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":263.46,"endTime":267.3,"body":"made. But a lot of progress has"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":267.3,"endTime":270.18,"body":"been made. And as a result in a"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":331.32,"endTime":334.44,"body":"role of as a researcher, as well"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":331.32,"endTime":334.44,"body":"as something that I have started"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":334.44,"endTime":337.29,"body":"to look at a lot of from a"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":334.44,"endTime":337.29,"body":"research perspective. And it actually outlines"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":343.83,"endTime":347.82,"body":"that while a lot of progress has"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":343.83,"endTime":347.82,"body":"been made, and particularly they"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":347.82,"endTime":350.4,"body":"were focusing on the financial"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":347.82,"endTime":350.4,"body":"services sector, they"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":350.4,"endTime":353.55,"body":"specifically outlined that a lot"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":350.4,"endTime":353.55,"body":"of progress still needs to be"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":353.55,"endTime":357.45,"body":"made. And there isn't equal"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":353.55,"endTime":357.45,"body":"representation of people from"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":357.45,"endTime":361.02,"body":"different backgrounds in the"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":357.45,"endTime":361.02,"body":"sector, and then recalling for"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":361.44,"endTime":365.07,"body":"people across all types of"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":361.44,"endTime":365.07,"body":"organisations to keep this at"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":365.07,"endTime":368.34,"body":"the forefront of their agenda,"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":365.07,"endTime":368.34,"body":"it needs to remain a business"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":368.34,"endTime":371.46,"body":"priority, because in order for"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":368.34,"endTime":371.46,"body":"us to actually make the progress"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":371.46,"endTime":374.67,"body":"that we need, it needs to remain"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":371.46,"endTime":374.67,"body":"there.
